The Lieutenant-Governor of Virginie Winsome Earle-Sears, the lieutenant-government of candidate John Reid and a republican of the high-level county all castigated the Comté school board this week after three students were suspended following a cloakroom incident involving a transgender student.

Parents said Washington, DC Fox affiliate In August, their sons were suspended after expressed discomfort with a transgender student who identified as a man using the boys’ changing rooms.

The School’s initial investigation into the complainants led the Virginia General Prosecutor, Jason Miyares, to launch an investigation into title IX on the school and finally refer it to the Ministry of Justice and the Federal Department of Education.

Wednesday, state del. Geary Higgins, R-Waterford, confirmed his presence outside of Tuesday’s meeting, and told Fox News Digital that the school board “continues to double and triple their illegal policy at the expense of taxpayers while putting the confidentiality and security of our children in Jeopardy.”

Higgins, the last legislator of the Republican State in the county of Loudoun and a former member of the school board himself, called what he called “stupid stakes in science” on the Transgender Front, and his “obstinacy” to ignore the threats of revocation of government financing.

“Not only does the (board of directors) endanger its own students to advance its radical program and bare sciences, but it uses our tax money to do so,” he said.

“The obstinacy of the Loudoun County School Board is really a discomfort for our county, a danger for our children, a betrayal of our parents and a bad service to the countless good teachers and directors of our public schools in the county of Loudoun – who are forced to carry out a radical political program which puts the students and keeps parents in the dark.”

He said that the boys’ case is “intolerable”.

“They were punished and defamed for sexual harassment simply because they were uncomfortable with a woman watching them change and film them in their locker room.”

Transgender policies have put Virginia Dems to La Défense as candidates for the GOP to support families: `someone must get up ”

“These boys are the victims of nonsense in school boards, not troublemakers or criminals.”

Higgins said the best way to solve the problem was to elect Earle-Sears and Reid and re-elect Miyares, followed by a new “common sense” school board during the next municipal elections in Loudoun.

The region was once again rural and republican, but the suburban spread of Washington has gradually made it blue since the second Bush administration.

Apart from the meeting of the board of directors on Tuesday, Earle-Sears said that she and those gathered were “here for (something) very simple”.

“This is not what we are as much as that is what we will be. We want to make sure that each child has privacy. Each child deserves this private life,” she said, according to In Loudoun now.

“We do not want to undress the gymnasium, in a locker room, in front of the opposite sex. And if we do not want it as an adult, imagine our very vulnerable children, especially our children.”

She also said that the rules of the school board prevented her from speaking during the commentary period because she was not a resident of the county or former student.

Higgins cited Loudoun’s liberalization, saying that it “not long ago”, the county had a “great school system”.

“It was around 2018 around 2018 when the school board went from a conservative majority to a non -conservative majority when one of the members has resigned. Since that time, it is on this trajectory which seems to worsen each year.”

However, the school postponed statements to Fox News Digital, denying that the boys had been suspended simply because they felt uncomfortable.

“At no time do LCP suspend a student simply because he expressed a kind of discomfort. A reading of our title IX resources should clearly indicate that there is a high bar to launch an investigation by the title IX and an even higher bar to determine that a student is in violation of the title IX,” said LCPS spokesperson.

The spokesperson has also rejected Higgins’ feelings, saying that any education in statements in the county has decreased is “completely not true”.
