The assassination of the personality of the conservative media and co-founder of Turning Point USA, Charlie Kirk, 31, husband and father of two, caused a message of sorrow of the forum representing the 48 hostages still held by Hamas in the Gaza Strip on Thursday.
“With deep sadness, we mourn the loss of Charlie Kirk,” said the family for the hostage family and disappeared in a press release with a video of Kirk in a message published on their Social media accounts.
“His powerful voice will always be remembered for standing with Israel and supporting hostages and their families,” the statement said. “We are eternally grateful for its unshakable solidarity.”

“Our hearts are with his loved ones during this painful period. Let them find comforting how much his support was felt,” added the forum.
Kirk drew attention to his in -depth support to Israel and the hostages that were detained for 706 days after the attacks of October 7, 2023 against the Jewish nation.
The old hostages like Omer Shem Tov, which was released in February after more than 500 days in captivity, also published a message of sorrow on Wednesday and said: “Charlie Kirk, one of the strongest and bravest voices for Israel, was murdered today for having said his truth.”
“We cannot be used to this reality,” he added.

The Noa Argamani, also kidnapped by Hamas on October 7, 2023 before being saved by Israeli defense forces in June 2024, shared the news of Kirk’s assassination on Instagram with the message “that his memory is a blessing”.
The concern for hostages has remained reinforced after the negotiations between Israel and Hamas have failed to reach exchanges of major hostages since the end of the first phase of an agreement in March, with the exception of the American Edan Alexander, who was released in May.
A few hours before Kirk’s assassination, President Donald Trump met with old hostages and the members of the current hostage family still held by Hamas in the White House.
The meeting intervened one day after Israel made strikes in Doha, Qatar, on the leadership of Hamas in a decision which aroused international condemnation and aroused the concern of being able to hinder negotiations to release the hostages, about 20 of which are still assessed to be alive.
Qatar was a key player in mediation attempts to end the war in Gaza and return hostages, and according to an Israeli source senior, the management of Hamas targeted in the attack was in Doha to discuss negotiations following a proposal subject to the sending of the White House Steve Witkoff last week.

Charlie Kirk cried by world leaders after a shocking Utah assassination
“If you bring together all the leaders of Hamas to discuss a hostage agreement, then you try to kill them – who are you going to have a hostage agreement?” The Senior Source questioned in a comment at Fox News Digital. “And what does this mean about the possibility of a hostage agreement in the near future, because we know they die there?”
“(What) most of the Israelis … care that most do not kill some monsters in Doha, but the return of hostages,” added the source, whose anonymity has been granted to discuss the very sensitive problem.
Trump condemned strikes and said he was “very unhappy” from the incident, telling journalists that Israel had informed the US strike of the strike, but it was “too late to stop the attack”.
“It was a decision made by Prime Minister (Israel) (Benjamin) Netanyahu, it was not a decision taken by me,” said Trump.
Six people were killed in the strike, including a Qatari security official, but Hamas said that his management had survived the attack, the Bbc.
Qatar announced Thursday that it would now hold an emergency Arab-Islamic summit on Sunday and Monday to fight the Israeli attack.
