Democrats express the indignation that the alleged member of an illegal gang and immigrant Kilmar Abrego Garcia can be expelled in Uganda.

In the last round in the case of high-level immigration of Abrego Garcia, the alleged member of the Gang MS-13 was arrested by ICE during an immigration registration in a Baltimore establishment on Monday and is now faced with a possible deportation in Uganda.

US District Judge Paula Xinis, appointed by Obama, decided on Monday to temporarily block the expulsion of Abrego Garcia, ordering that he remains detained in the United States while waiting for a hearing. Xinis ordered Abrego Garcia to keep in the same establishment in which it was moved to Virginia.

Senator Chris Van Hollen, D -MD., Who directed the accusation of Democrats, pleading on Monday for Abrego Garcia, expressed his indignation at his arrest and a possible deportation, saying: “Ice holds Kilmar Ábrego García and refusing to answer the questions of his lawyers – while the Trump Administrator continues to spread lies.”

“Instead of spitting unproven allegations on social networks, they must be set up or be silent in court,” he continued, adding: “Mr. Ábrego García must be authorized to defend himself.”

This follows Salvadoran Abrego Garcia released from the Federal Guard on Friday in Tennessee, where he was detained while waiting for his trial for accusations of human trafficking of illegal immigrants in the United States

Earlier this year, Abrego Garcia was expelled by the Trump administration in his country of origin of El Salvador, but after a democratic pie on an alleged lack of regular procedure and a decision of the Supreme Court ordering his return, he was finally returned to the United States to be tried.

According to a previous post of Van Hollen, the senator met Abrego Garcia practically Sunday to discuss his “long and tortuous nightmare” of being deported and standing for human smuggling.

Van Hollen wrote that “during our conversation, I shared with him that I and many others have been fighting for months to make sure that his constitutional rights to regular procedure were respected despite Trump’s efforts to deny them at each turn.”

“The courts and outcry -ons forced Trump to bring him back to MD, but Trump’s friends continue to lie about his case and are engaged in a malicious abuse of being able to try to deport him in Uganda,” wrote Van Hollen, adding, “as I said to Kilmar, I will not stop fighting for justice and a regular procedure for everyone.

Van Hollen was not the only democrat to express indignation in the face of the arrest of Abrego Garcia.

Senator Elizabeth Warren, D-MASS., Also brought to X to denounce the Trump administration, which, according to her, “sent Kilmar Abrego Garcia to a horrible El Salvador prison”.

“Now, just a few days after finding his family, they try to deny their rights to him and deport him to Uganda. Kilmar – like everyone – reserves a fair audience to defend himself,” wrote Warren.

“Nothing on this process was fair,” she wrote. “The ice aims at cruelty. It is the weaponry of the government, not justice.”

Representative Glenn Ivey, D-MD., Who joined a rally defending Abrego Garcia earlier on Monday, wrote that “Abrego Garcia should not be sent to a third country like Uganda”.

Ivey wrote that “the United people will continue to seek justice in Kilmar!”

DHS said that President Donald Trump and Kristi Noem internal security secretary “would not allow this illegal foreigner – who is a member of the MS -13 gang, a trafficker of human beings, a serial domestic attacker and a children’s predator – to terrorize American citizens longer.” (Mark Schiefelbein / Photo)

In response, the Ministry of Internal Security has published on its official account X: “Kilmar Abrego Garcia is not and will never be a man from Maryland – he is an illegal criminal foreigner from El Salvador and a threat of public security.”

The DHS called him “crazy” that “the sanctuary politicians have chosen to glorify and stand with a member of the Gang MS-13 on the security of American citizens”.

The agency said Trump and secretary Kristi Noem “would not allow this illegal foreigner – who is a member of the MS -13 gang, a trafficker of human beings, a serial domestic aggressor and a predator of children – to terrorize American citizens longer”.

Meanwhile, White House spokesperson Abigail Jackson told Fox News Digital that “Democrats have proven that they are more careful about an illegal MS-13 criminal member who beat his wife than the security and security of the American people”.

“The problem here is that the administration is trying to do the most difficulty to plead this case through the media, as opposed to law courses,” said Newman.

He said that “essentially” what the Trump administration has done “is to use the country’s highest office to make an innocent man sing to sacrifice his constitutional rights”.

“And we fought against this at the same time and winning in court even if the Trump administration insists on polluting the public debate with lies.”

In a declaration sent by email to Fox News Digital, Ivey accused Trump of having ignored the law.

“When I continued, the affairs of the SP 13, we charged, tried the case, won the convictions, condemn them to prison sentences and have supported them until having served their prison sentence,” said Ivey. “In this way, we followed the Constitution and the Law. The Trump administration ignores both. They want to expel them without giving them the day before the court that the Supreme Court required. And they want to imprison them indefinitely even if they have not been recognized as guilty of a crime. It is bad and I will continue to fight against this.”
