A woman got the mouth of the human finger when she was on the cover of chicken she requested from a restaurant in New York City … at least according to a new lawsuit.
Mary Elizabeth Smith She claims that she asked for a chicken cover from the construction of Astoria, Queens, in November 2023 … and says when she took a bite, she discovered human tissues … a finger finger.
In her suit, which TMZ got, Smith says the finger was completely in her mouth after biting the chicken cover. We also got pictures of the alleged finger fingers.
Smith claims that the restaurant was neglected and says that biting in human tissue caused “severe, catastrophic and durable injuries.”
Smith’s lawyer, Robert MinaHe tells us that the law office, which sent his fingers to a laboratory, where the test confirmed that it is human tissues from a woman. Mina says the restaurant claims that they had no workers on that day – but the owner of the creation, Teddy KarajianHe denies such a story.
TMZ tells … his employees were not at stake, but they were working as two spending – which means that it will be very difficult for the female to cut her finger in the food in his kitchen. But it encourages Smith to conduct a DNA test if it sees appropriate.
He says that a finger should miss it several layers of workers – from the person who delivers chicken slices from the local resource, to the person who destroys the chicken, the employee who describes the chicken, the person who cooks the chicken and so on.
Karagianni – who owns two sits of Astoria – the case “is ridiculous” and “disgusting” and seizure of quick criticism. He also says he was talking to lawyers … and plans to prosecute slander.
Mina tells us … “(the finger) could have come from the food processing factory or the distributor where they get food, but their commitment and duty to examine the food they provide remains. Even if it did not come from an employee directly, their restaurant, food and responsibility still support their standards.”
He also says that he does not see a point in his client who is testing the DNA because there are several insurance methods and the restaurant can claim that he did not come from Create employees.
Smith follows the creation of damage.
The bottom line from her lawyer … “You cannot serve food with human tissue.”
