Freshly released from a great victory on appeal, President Donald Trump has torn the New York Judge of New York Arthur Engoron on Sunday, who supervised his state fraud trial, calling it “incompetent”, “corrugated” and almost “corrupt” that the prosecutor general of New York Letitia James.
Trump’s beards followed an appeal decision that has erased a penalty of $ 500 million in a case of James high -level civil fraud, awarding Trump one of his biggest legal victories to date.
“The Court of Appeal withdrew the incompetent judge Engoron, but he refused to go there, or even recognize them,” wrote Trump on Truth Social. “He is a very upset and twisted judge, who retires in a life of prosecution, with his chief clerk, soon! He is almost as corrupt as Leticia James, but not quite!”
Engoron chaired the trial without jury, and Trump Allies accused him of bias against the elected president, his family and his company. Trump was accused of having inflated the value of his assets to obtain more favorable conditions from a lender with whom his real estate activities worked.

The New York Appeal Division launched the penalty, judging that the fine was excessive and raped the eighth amendment.
The panel of five members confirmed the conclusions that Trump and his company were responsible, saying that James acted within his authority and that the injunction against the Trump organization was appropriate.

Justice David Friedman Dismentary in part, arguing that James’ real objective was political and the case should be rejected. He wrote to him “The ultimate objective was not the hygiene of the market … But political hygiene, ending with the derailment of the political career of President Trump and the destruction of his real estate activity.”
Friedman curled the use by James of article 63 (12) of the executive law of New York, which gives the Attorney General the powers of Civil Civil Fraud.

Friedman said that Trump’s trade agreements involved sophisticated parties who took advantage of the public and concluded that he “would cancel the judgment and reject the complaint”.
The judges divided into responsibility, the case probably heads for the highest court of New York, the Court of Appeal. James said she would appeal.
James, a democrat elected in 2018, has long targeted Trump. On the campaign track, she called him an “illegitimate president” and promised “to use all areas of the law” to investigate him and his businesses.

Since Trump returned to functions, the Ministry of Justice opened investigations related to the case addressed against Trump and also about the allegations that she herself committed a mortgage fraud.
James alleys that Trump uses the federal government to target it politically. The Doj also investigates it for alleged mortgage fraud, in particular the distortion of its main residence on loans in Virginia and New York. She denies complaints and calls for the investigation a “revenge tour” for the combination of civil fraud.
