Gianno Caldwell plans to offer the Illinois Senate for the 2026 electoral cycle

The republican defender of public security, Gianno Caldwell, thought about the place for the headquarters of the Illinois Senate in 2026 in the midst of increasing conversations on crime in American cities.

“I have been on this struggle for many years, the public service. I have worked at all levels of government that you can imagine, and I certainly think that there is time for a candidate in the American Senate to come to the foreground in Illinois,” said Caldwell, a contributor to Fox News and founder of the Caldwell Institute for Public Security.

“My brother’s heritage has become my mission and to save lives,” said Caldwell. “And if this is something that I can continue in a seat in the American Senate, it is worth it to be considered for the many lives that have been lost and the inheritances which must be prosecuted in the state of Illinois and my hometown of Chicago.”

“The decision to present itself to re -election was not easy. I really love the work of being an American senator. But, in my heart, I know it’s time to pass the torch. So, I announce today that I will not try to re -elect at the end of my mandate,” said Durbin, 80, in an April video.
