Desantis sends the deputy to recover the illegal extraterrestrial fugitive Singh

EXCLUSIVE: Florida governor Ron Desantis sent his assistant to California to picking up Fugitive Harjinder Singh, an illegal immigrant from India who would have killed three motorists after having made illegal turn around in his large platform on the Florida turnpike near Port St. Lucie.

“I sent my new Lieutenant-Governor, Jay Collins, California to apprehend Harjinder Singh,” DESANTIS at Fox News Digital told on Wednesday.

“The flight to a sanctuary state will not prevent him from facing justice in Florida, and we will ensure this. He will be held responsible for his criminal actions.”

Singh fled to the Golden State “Sanctuary”, where he also obtained his commercial driving license (CDL), after allegedly killed three people in a mini-duties who were traveling on the turnpike of Florida between Yeehaw’s junction and the outings of Fort Pierce.

Singh allegedly used a clearly marked median median crossing for emergency vehicles and blocked all the tracks north while trying the maneuver, which led the truck to slam in the trailer and to be stuck below, killing its occupants.

Collins, who was appointed Lieutenant-Governor last week after the previous departure of Jeanette Nuñez, is a former state senator and a wounded veteran of Tampa.

Desantis notably nicknamed Collins “The Chuck Norris of Florida Politics” for her seriousness and his eagerness to get involved in sensitive situations, including the return of the Jewish Americans from Israel after the Hamas terrorist attack on October 7, 2023.

Collins flew to the west Wednesday afternoon to recover Singh.

“Florida has lost three innocent lives in the hands of an illegal immigrant who should never have been in this country to start,” he told Fox News Digital in other exclusive comments.

“I believe in a government that does not resemble the other direction, but takes the time to enforce the law and keep the criminals fully responsible: that is why I am on the way to California at the moment to ensure that this individual is extradited to Florida.”

Representative Brian Mast, R-Fla., Said on Wednesday that Singh seemed to believe that he would be more security in California because of his sanctuary status, which contrasts with the Florida Attorney General, James Uthmeier, applying the laws of the state intended to keep the illegal immigrants away from the state of Sunshine.

These policies are under judicial supervision in Miami, where the federal judge appointed by Obama, Kathleen Williams, ordered the State to stop applying it.

After the local authorities of certain circles continued to use the law, Williams ordered Uthmeier in July to start producing regular reports on cases caused for illegal reasons related to immigration, according to the AP.

Desantis should comment more on Singh’s return to an unrelated meter on Wednesday afternoon.

Singh tried to obtain a work permit when he entered illegally in 2020, but he was postponed by the first Trump administration.

Mast said earlier on Wednesday that the case shows that the transport sector and CDL training centers should be more vigilant to check who drives commercial vehicles on American highways and tolls.
