Woman at Kansas Kidnapped, raped by two illegal extraterrestrials: the ice

First on Fox: Two illegal migrants Guatemala currently living in the United States, has been accused of rape, aggravated sodomy and the kidnapping of a woman from a Oklahoma casino earlier this week.

The victim told the police that she had been taken by the two illegal migrants against her will from First Council Casino & Resort in Newkirk, Oklahoma, and was raped and assaulted several times while traveling from Oklahoma to Arkansas City, Kansas.

Luis Miguel Dominguez-Barrios, an illegal migrant from Guatemala, crossed the southern border illegally on August 31, 2013 and was then released by the Obama administration.

Dominguez-Barrios had already been arrested for disorderly conduct, domestic violence and threatening an agent of the police.

Jose Fernando-Lux Morales, who is also an illegal migrant in Guatemala, crossed the southern border illegally as a minor not accompanied in 2018.

Dominguez-Barrios, currently detained on bail of $ 1 million after being accused of rape, aggravated criminal sodomy and aggravated kidnapping, and his alleged accomplice Fernando-Lux Morales is held on a bond of $ 500,000 for aggravated kidnapping.

American immigration and customs application (ICE) have also nailed to arrest prisoners, who ask local police to notify ice before potentially freeing custody criminals, as well as keeping individuals up to 48 hours before their scheduled release time to allow the immigration agency to assume detention.

“Depraved and violent predators like Luis Miguel Dominguez-Barrios and Jose Fernando-Lux morals do not have their place in our country”. Department of Internal Security Deputy Secretary Tricia McLaughlin told Fox News Digital. “Under President Trump and the leadership of Secretary Noem, the vicious criminals who kidnap and sexually will face the consequences of their heinous crimes and will never be allowed to attack innocent Americans.”

“ICE arrest prisoners ensure that these illegal criminal foreigners never walk in the American streets,” added McLaughlin.

According to McLaughlin, the DHS arrested more than 359,000 illegal foreigners and removed more than 332,000 on Monday.
