The redistribution effort of the Democratic Governor of California Gavin Newsom is receives a decline from the Republicans of the Assembly of State who accuse the Democrats of keeping them in darkness and “private Californians”.

The woman of the Assembly of the GOP Alexandra Macedo, vice-president of the California State Assembly Committee, criticized the Democrats for having given him “barely 24 hours” to examine the redistribution bill before a Tuesday hearing-while the Democrats, she said, had a notice.

Macedo has promised to defeat the redistribution push, saying: “We are in the super-minority, but we are effective, and we will overcome this.”

She added that when she received the language of the bill as vice-president of the election committee, several Democratic co-authors have signed. That, she argued, meant that the Democrats had a first look, when she had “barely 24 hours before the committee tomorrow to prepare.“”

Macedo warned that witnesses who appeared at Tuesday’s hearing could face legal consequences if they refused to answer his questions.

“”Let me warn anyone who will testify tomorrow. If you do not answer my questions tomorrow, lawyers assure you to answer them in a courtroom, “she said, adding:” You can run, but you cannot hide. “”

Despite the Democrats who dominate Californian politics, Macedo is committed: “We are not backing from this fight”.

“You are deprived of the Californians, and we are tired that democracy died here,” she said. “We are going to fight back.”

She added that if the Republicans are unable to stop the redistribution plans in the Assembly, their victory will be “in a courtroom where it will be in the ballot box”.

Four legislators in the GOP State have filed a complaint in California Supreme Court To prevent the legislature controlled by Democrat from attempting a vote by the end of this week to advance the redistribution thrust.

The assembly Kate Sanchez, one of the four Republicans behind the costume, told Fox News Digital that she had joined the trial because “the Californians have already spoken clearly in the polls”.

“In 2008, the voters approved proposal 11 to keep the reducing power of politicians away and give it to an independent citizens’ commission,” she said. “Two years later, with proposal 20, the voters have doubled and expanded this power to include the districts of the Congress, by bringing it from 61% to 39%.

Newsom has announced that he would advance a redistribution card in California to counter the Texas redistribution bill pushed by President Donald Trump. On Friday, the Democrats of California and the campaign committee of the Democrat Congress (DCCC) published a new district card which would probably eliminate five seats from the GOP congress, theoretically canceling the five additional seats that the Republicans would gain if the Rediscussion Pushed of Texas was successful.

The California legislature introduced a constitutional amendment on Monday which will be presented to a referendum vote in November. If it is adopted by California voters, the amendment would allow the legislature to temporarily suspend its non -partisan district commission and to do it with its redistribution plans like the DCCC.
