EXCLUSIVE: The Attorney General Pam Bondi and the director of the FBI, Kash Patel, call on the Missouri general prosecutor, Andrew Bailey, as an additional deputy director of the office, Fox News Digital learned.

Bailey will serve as a co-deputy director, alongside the deputy director Dan Bongino, Fox News Digital learned.

Bailey, as a prosecutor general of Missouri, launched a working group on anti-human trafficking and addressed more than 1,100 incidents reported to Missouri. He also authorized the backlog of the medico-legal evidence of sexual assault (SAFE) to improve the proceedings of cases of sexual assault.

The Bailey office also defended the Saint-Louis metropolitan police service in a civil litigation and has always pleaded for the police. Bailey was approved by the fraternal police order of Missouri.

The Bailey office also reported a 133% increase in criminal prosecution in the first instance courts.

Bailey also held responsible officials during his mandate as a prosecutor general. He demanded the resignation of a sheriff for mismanagement and financial poor conduct and, separately, announced an indictment of the Grand Jury against a framework of the County of St. Louis for having stolen and violations of electoral law.
