EXCLUSIVE – An international assistance worker operating in Gaza filed an official denunciation complaint with the US agency Inspector General for International Development (USAID), alleging “raw misconduct and the improper use of humanitarian funds by the World Food Program and other UN agencies”, according to a copy of the complaint obtained by Fox News Digital.
The details of the so -called United Nations interference in the delivery of Gazans aid was revealed by the denunciator who was in Gaza in July. The denunciator confirmed to Fox News Digital the content of the complaint.
The complaint of the denunciation claims that “a witness witness first -hand of the senior Israeli Defense Forces (FDI) offering any necessary support, including the protection of security and coordination, to representatives of the World Food Program (WFP) and the United Nations Office for Humanitarian Affairs Coordination (OCHA).

According to the complaints of the denunciators, this “raises serious questions about the reasons why WFP and OCHA were not prepared to discuss or accept the help offered by the FDI, thus preventing the aid from going to the inhabitants of Gaza”.
The denunciator confirmed to Fox News Digital during an interview that allegations described in the complaint. The denunciator declared in the complaint that “the FDI actively helps the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation (GHF) to put food in the hands of civilians while the UN agencies, including PAM and the OCHA, by their reluctance to coordinate with the FDI, inhibit the distribution of such aid.”
The denunciator continued: “As was recently shown via openly available images, the FDI has provided authorization for thousands of tonnes of United Nations humanitarian products which are now seated in Gaza, pending distribution. The UN must be held responsible for taking and distributing this aid. Abuse funds from American taxpayers rather than using them to provide the help that the American people give – and if such actions are taken independently by UN officials in Gaza or in the direction of the United Nations Secretary General or other senior UN officials in New York.
GHF, with the support of the United States and IsraelHas distributed 127 million meals in the Gazans since May. However, its aid distribution system underwent a coherent attack on Hamas and certain improbable districts – the main aid groups in the world.

The denunciator told Fox News Digital “There is a concerted effort to discredit the GHF and any attempt to provide help on (UN)”
A senior American State Department has sent a long response to Fox News Digital. The manager said: “The fact of the question remains that GHF is a threat to the operation of Hamas and is doing so because GHF provides meals to those who need it with guarantees to minimize Hamas on the fly. This is why Hamas continues to attack GHF aid sites.”
GHF Executive President, Reverend Johnnie Moore told Fox News on Sunday that the UN preferred to help Hamas, a foreign terrorist organization designated in the United States, rather than helping the charitable organization.
According to the head of the State Department, “the diversion of assistance to terrorists occur frequently in areas of conflict under the control of the foreign terrorist organization (FTO). It is a moral and legal obligation, and our obligation towards the American taxpayer, to work with our partners to ensure immediately. To coverage of aid corruption.”

The head of the State Department continued that “during the Biden administration, USAID OIG published concerns related to the verification of NGO staff in Gaza. USAID OIG has identified serious gaps and vulnerabilities in the monitoring mechanisms to prevent the diversion of aid to Hamas have been referred to the State Service for suspension procedures.
Fox News Digital reported on August 1 that the United States Department of State asked in a report that the United Nations Rescue and Work Agency (UNRWA) which provides aid to the Palestinians of the Gaza Strip must be abolished and exceeds the reform.
According to a public assessment of the American State Department at the Congress which was obtained independently by Fox News Digital, “the administration has determined that UNRWA is irreparably compromised and is now looking for its complete dismantling”.

The State Department Officials Said that “USAID OIG INVESTIGATIONS INTO UNRWA Officials Associated With Hamas, As Well As Other Credible Reports of Hamas Interference in the Delivery of AID, Are Active and Ongoing. USAID OIG HAS Received and Is Is Actively Investigating CREDIBLE CREDIBLE INTERFERENCE BY Hamas in Gaza.
An Israeli security official told Fox News Digital: “In recent months, Israeli security officials have repeatedly offered the UN representatives that they hire the services of a security business. However, the UN categorically refused and opposed the Israeli proposal.”
The Israeli official has added: “It should be noted that despite this opposition by the UN to armed security for the convoys of organizations in the Gaza Strip, the UN accepts to receive security and the escort for its convoys in other countries of the world where it provides humanitarian services to civilians, such as South Sudan or Congo.”

The complaint of the denunciator drew the attention of the legislators of the Congress. A member of the staff of the Republican Congress confirmed to Fox News that several offices had seen the report as a whistleblower and that he had been discussed between the hill and the surveillance of the USAID and the officials of the State Department.
“This report is only the last of a long investigation and evidence by showing that Hamas has worked with the UN, the NGO and the USAID officials to divert aid and cover it. However, this is one of the most convincing accounts to go out,” said the main republican staff of the Congress.
A second member of the congress weighed on the complaint of the denunciator. According to the assistant of the Senate, the complaint was received and they “have transmitted their interest in this number to the executive. We hope they will do their work and look at it”.
Stéphane Dujarric, spokesperson for the United Nations Secretary General, told Fox News Digital: “We are not aware of this complaint by a denunciator because nothing was transmitted to us by USAID.”
He added: “On the basic accusation that we refuse to coordinate with the FDI in Gaza, the only thing I can tell you is that such an accusation is delusional. Report of various United Nations agencies on the dramatic humanitarian situation.”
According to the denunciator, who was on the ground in Gaza, they “found no evidence of” famine “or” famine “in Gaza. There are severe hunger pockets, but they are not systematic or omnipresent.”
The denunciator also based hunger analysis on the contribution of other humanitarian workers in Gaza.

Israel publishes conversations of residents of Gaza in the criticism of the aid delivery system
A spokesperson for the WFP told Fox News Digital in response to the allegations of the denunciator concerning the PAM disturbance to disrupt the delivery of aid and the empite of help from the FDI “that such a complaint is false.”
The WFP spokesperson added: “The four GHF sites in Gaza are in specific areas and the roads used to provide aid to the sites are different from other humanitarian organizations which provide assistance to Gaza. The UN is 100% transparent with the Israeli authorities – for any coordination and if incidents occur.”
Richard Goldberg, a senior advisor to the Foundation for the Defense of Democracies and a former official of the National Security Council and the White House during the two Trump administrations, told Fox News Digital: “The UN plays hunger games with the inhabitants of Gaza to conduct a crisis, try to make the GHF fail and resist UNWA as an una facilitator delivered in coordination with Israel.
“The allegations suggest here a directive of the Secretary General himself through the United Nations system to cause disturbances of aid for the benefit of Hamas, which would be the greatest scandal of the United Nations from the oil for food.”

He added: “Secretary Rubio would be more than justified to call the secretary general and tell him that the UN will not have another penny of American taxpayers unless he submits to an independent investigation and orders all agencies to cooperate with Israel.”
