A new platform stimulates Trump AI action plan to maintain world American leadership

First on Fox: The Trump administration announces the launch of a new tool which, according to him, will help allow the federal government agencies to effectively implement artificial intelligence on a large scale and to take a step forward by unfolding the “action plan of the president’s AI”.
The US General Services Administration of Trump (GSA) said on Thursday that it had launched USAI, a tool that the agency describes as an “sequence of secure artificial intelligence which allows federal agencies to experiment and adopt large -scale – safer, safer and no cost for them”.
The agency claims that the platform, available from Thursday at 10 a.m. via USAI.GOV, gives government users access to “powerful” tools such as cat-based AI, code generation and documents in the aim of “overeating employee productivity”.
“USAI is not only another tool, it is an infrastructure for the future of America AI,” said GSA information director David Shive. “Usai helps the government to reduce costs, improve efficiency and provide better services to the public, while maintaining the confidence and security that Americans expect.”

The assistant administrator of the GSA, Stephen Ehikian, told Fox News Digital that this last application is a “on a ramp” at the AI which will be the “tip of the spear” on the front of AI similar to the way GSA previously implemented the cloud.
The Trump administration deployed its AI action plan on AI in July after Trump ordered the federal government in January to develop an action plan for artificial intelligence in order to “consolidate our position as a world leader in AI and guarantee a better future for all Americans”.
Trump has made USAI growth a cornerstone of its administration, such as agreements of several billion dollars with high-tech companies such as Oracle and Openai for the Stargate project, which is an effort to launch major data centers in the United States, as well as an $ 90 energy and technological investment agreement.
“USAI means more than access – it involves providing a competitive advantage to the American people,” said Deputy Administrator of the GSA, Stephen Ehikian, in the press release.
“The launch of the USAI shows how GSA translates the AI strategy of President Trump into action and accelerating the adoption of AI through the government. USAI will put ready for mission tools directly in the hands of agencies to modernize more quickly, stimulate security and lead worldwide.”
The AI action plan includes an approach with three pillars focused on American workers, freedom of expression and the protection of technologies built by the United States.
“We want to center American workers and make sure they benefit from AI,” the AI and Tsar Crypto David Sacks told the media when the Details of the AI plan have been made public.

“The second is that we think that AI systems should be free from ideological biases and not be designed to pursue socially modified agendas,” said Sacks. “And so we have a number of proposals on how to ensure that AI remains in search of truth and confidence.
The advance of use by the Federal Government of AI and access to employees are essential to the GSA efforts to carry out the Trump directive to preserve American leadership in the global technological race, the GSA commissioner Josh Gruenbaum, told Fox Digital in an interview earlier this month.
“While we have somehow examined the action plan for the president’s AI, we have heard the call for the action of” hey, it’s a race, and we will win this race. “From our point of view, all this meant, synonymous, was a generalized adoption,” he told Fox Digital to have delivered AI to federal employees.

The deployment of the USAI tool follows GSA announcing earlier in August that the OPENAI Chatgpt company is now available for all federal agencies to integrate into their $ 1 workflow per agency. The agreement with OPENAI, the technological company behind Chatgpt, is part of the ONEGOV strategy of GSA which aims to modernize “how the federal government buys goods and services” within the framework of the Trump administration.
The GSA also concluded another agreement with the Société d’Ia Anthropic this month, providing the three branches of government access to a Grande Language Claude model.
Gruenbaum told Fox News Digital that Thursday’s announcement will be essential for efficiency creation agencies in order to transform the federal workforce into “the most agile, intelligent, efficient, agile and technological agent for technology so that this country can continue to compete and win the AI race”.
