As some Awol Democrats have planned to return in time for a second special legislative session next week, Abbott, who previously was a prosecutor general of the State and sat down at the Supreme Court of the State, told Fox News Digital that Texas were looking for if they raped laws against corruption by taking money to break the quorum.

“There had been some identification of certain people who paid him,” said Abbott. “I must tell you that this raises a serious legal question for these office holders, and that is to say that they had promised money if they had broken the quorum. It would be a bribes that could lead to a crime accusation.”

According to Abbott, the Texas Attorney General, Ken Paxton, also a republican, investigates to whether democratic legislators could be struck by accusations of criminal corruption.

“It is also something that the Attorney General of Texas investigates and even obtained a temporary injunction of a court which arrested more money to these members of the chamber due to the potential consequences of brothel,” said the governor.

This occurs after the district judge of the county of Tarrant, Megan Fahey, made a temporary restriction prescription last Friday against Robert Francis “Beto” O’Rourke and his group, propelled by people, on “practices of collection of illegal funds” linked to efforts to support the Democrats of Texas who fled – including plane funding, housing, logistics.

The order of Fahey prohibits O’Rourke or his group from continuing to collect funds or provide financial support to the Funite Democrats in Texas.

In order, Fahey has written that “the defendants have and will continue to engage in practices of collection of illegal funds and the use of political funds in a manner which violates directly or raises the Democratic legislators of Texas (Law)” and that the contributors to the group “have and continue to undergo irreparable damage to illicomous damages.

In light of this, Abbott warned that “these house figures will be confronted not only with the challenges of having to come back in agreement with the consequences of their non-compliance here, but also to face accusations of potential corruption against them”.

The redistribution bill which has democrats in a tumult was adopted Tuesday by the Texas Senate. If finally adopted by the two chambers of the Texas Legislative Assembly and signed by Abbott, the new Texas distribution card will give the Republicans estimated at five additional seats in the Congress. Now, everything that hinders the Democrats in the Chamber Chamber.

Abbott said he currently had the Texas police “to travel the streets of Texas to identify whether or not Democrats remain in the state of Texas”.

“If they are, they will be arrested and taken to Texas Capitol to try to do quorum,” he said.

“There are 88 Republicans who are ready and capable of working. We need 12 democrats to introduce themselves. So we are looking for 12 Democrats in the State of Texas, or if they are all out of the State, we seek to identify them and as you point out, using federal officials and others to help us in this effort,” he said.

Abbott has faced strong criticism from Democratic leaders and other governors from the whole political aisle for not having retained the Redecoupage plans of Texas.

On Monday, the California Democratic Governor Gavin Newsom called President Donald Trump to “call Greg Abbott and tell him to withdraw”.

“You are not” entitled “to 5 seats in the congress. If you do not turn your lapdogs, it will act quickly and quickly. We will go to the ballot. We will neutralize the earnings you will do. We will not stay on time while you turn on democracy on fire,” said Newsom.

In another post X by the official page of the Newsom press office, the governor seemed to imitate Trump’s idiosyncratic style to use all the caps and superlatives for many of his messages, writing: “California will now draw new` `beautiful cards ”, they will be historic because they will end the Trump presidency (DEMS will resume the house!).

The post said Newsom would hold a press conference this week on the issue and that it will be devastating for “Maga”. ”

Abbott, however, said that he remained imperturbable by such attacks by democrats.

“Listen, these Democrats in other states are simply out of control,” he told Fox News Digital. “They have been engaged in Gerrymandering for decades in California, Illinois, New York and elsewhere, with which they lost contact.”

He pointed out that the Rediscussion plans of Texas are in legal parameters, explaining: “What happened here is that the law changed in the state of Texas last year which authorized the State to restart these lines due to a legal change which does not require coalition districts.”

“Thus, we are able to draw these districts so that the representatives aligned themselves with the values of the voters of the State of Texas,” he said, adding: “What we do in our state is to make sure that we will have the districts represented by people who really represent these voters.”

In response, a Newsom spokesperson directed Fox News Digital to another post X by the Governor’s office who was making Abbott for having declared that the redistribution effort reflects the will of the voters, saying: “Does Greg Abbott hang him in power now goes to voters ???”

The spokesperson for the Governor of Illinois JB Pritzker and the Governor of New York, Kathy Hochul, the two Democrats, also referred Fox News Digital to previous comments made by the governors.

The Hochul office underlined the comments it made on Fox News on Sunday during which it described the effort to rediscover “legal insurrection”.

“Texas, drop it, we will make it fall and return to governance,” said Hochul. “But you want to play these games? We are not going to sit on the touch because we ride.”

A pritzker spokesperson simply said: “Think that it was clear enough”, while referring to Fox News Digital to the Governor’s previous comments.

Fox News Digital also contacted Texas House Democratic Caucus but did not immediately receive an answer.
