The Democrats of the Senate began to accelerate their pressure for the complete release of documents linked to the deceased sex offender and condemned Jeffrey Epstein, while the Senate Republicans tried to concentrate their attention elsewhere.
“The story that the Republicans hoped that Fade would become quietly becoming stronger on time,” said the head of the Senate minority, Chuck Schumer, Dn.y., on the Senate soil.

Schumer led the accusation among the Democrats of the Senate to demand more transparency on the issue of Epstein, and has used the drama in recent weeks as a political cake to pursue the Republicans of the Congress and the White House.
His remarks come after after a recent report of the Wall Street Journal alleged that the name of President Donald Trump had appeared in the documents surrounding Epstein, and that the Ministry of Justice had publicly told him that he was not among the countless names in the documents.
Trump also ordered the Attorney General Pam Bondi to “produce all the relevant testimonies of the Grand Jury” on the issue, and the high -level civil servant of the Ministry of Justice, Todd Blanche, met on Thursday the accomplice of Epstein, Ghislane Maxwell in Florida, to discuss the late pedophile and the alleged sexual trafficker.
“He has the stench of concealment,” said Senator Richard Blumenthal, D-Conn., Member of the Senate Judicial Committee. “The only right result here is to release and disclose all files. There should not be secret meetings or secret transactions.”

However, the Saga of Epstein did not have the effect in the Senate as in the House, where the president of the Mike Johnson Chamber, R-La., Returned the legislators to the house early this week for a break of a month after certain Republicans and Democrats united their forces in their calls to propose the Epstein devices to the opening.
The Senate Republicans, on the other hand, minimized the question, arguing that Congress has much less power to obtain the information than the Ministry of Justice.
Senator Ron JohnsonWho chairs the Senate’s permanent subcommittee on surveys, told Fox News Digital that he did not like “duplication efforts”, but noted that it was always curious to know more information on Epstein documents.
“I am like all the Americans who know anything about it – I am curious,” said the Republican of Wisconsin. “It makes no sense for me, starting with its original essay and its very light sentence. But I think there are much more important things to fear.”
The Senate Democrats, however, try to force the question. Senator Ruben Gallego, D-Ariz., Has again tried to introduce a non-binding resolution which called on Bondi to release all the files related to Epstein, and this decision was again blocked by the senator. Markway MullinR-Okla.

Gallego said the White House continues to make the question of “political theater”, something that started on the campaign campaign.
“They have nourished this monster, and now they must understand the solution to the American public, which is, you know, resolution and answers to their questions,” he said.
Mullin, however, presented his own resolution which included the order of the president so that the state and federal courts disclose all Epstein documents surrounding the criminal investigation and prosecution against him. But when Gallego proposed to combine both, he opposed and accused him of having transformed the problem into “political football”.
“First, in this particular case – in many cases – we are not willing to stretch the truth to tell something that is not correct,” said Mullin. “We want to be exact with what we say to the American people. And the truth is, what can Congress do?”

Until now, Mullin resolution is the only action offered by the Republicans of the Senate in the Epstein Saga. When asked if he would be interested in bringing resolution on the ground for a vote, the head of the majority of the Senate John Thune, Rs.d., said “obviously, there is a certain interest in acting on this subject, and we will see how intense this feeling is.”
However, some Republicans want to concentrate their efforts elsewhere.
“I hope we don’t waste our time on this subject,” said senator John Cornyn, R-TX, and a member of the Senate’s judicial committee. “We have enough to do.”
