First on Fox: An interview has resurfaced by the socialist socialist candidate of New York, Zohran Mamdani, highlights his commitment to the BDS and the sanctions against Israel, while he presents himself for the mayor in a city with the largest Jewish population in the United States outside of Israel.
“I am very excited to be a member of the DSA, in particular the New York section,” Mamdani told SAAG Interactive in June 2021.
“In the questionnaire when you submit to being considered a candidate to be approved by the organization, you are asked what your opinions on BDS are and I think that it has also brought what it is generally considered to be a distinct problem in the sphere of local policy where we create a candidates’ bench.
Mamdani was interviewed in the clip by a journalist named Naib Mian, who has a social presence strewn with anti-Israeli publications, whose Accuse Israel to benefit from “the manufacture of anti -Semitism” and Defend the sentence “From river to sea.”
The New York Advisor warns that Mamdani Victory will reject the key voting block: “ afraid of living here ”

Mamdani then spoke more of BDS, acronym for boycott, divestment and sanctions, in the interview, saying that “the ways in which we can marry our struggle with our daily life and show our solidarity in this life, I think it is essential to win this fight because everything cannot be, as you have very well declared a battle of society.”
“And I think there is nothing too banal to oppose the brutality of the occupation and apartheid. And therefore, you know, if it is an expedition container, or if it is a university that is funded, a university that has helped develop TDI’s arms technology, or it is an event with an Israeli ambassador, anything, I think we must show.
Dating from his college days, Mamdani expressed his support for comics, which influence the described Watch as “an international campaign to delegitimize the State of Israel as the expression of the Jewish people’s right to national self -determination by economically insulating the country thanks to consumer boycotts, business and government -sharing withdrawal and legal sanctions.”
The former colleague of Mamdani rails against his promise as a signature campaign: “Nail in the coffin”

Mamdani, who founded the chapter of students for justice in Palestine at the prestigious Bowdoin College of Maine, wrote on the importance of a university boycott of Israel in the school newspaper, Fox News Digital previously reported.
“”This also helps to emphasize how linked this oppression is, and how much it is based on normalization and saying that, you know, my convictions stop when it becomes annoying, and we must show that convenience means nothing in the face of these things, “said Mamdani in the interview.” At a personal level, I am very committed to working actively to stop any additional anti-BDS stock market. “I am very committed.”
Mamdani told Mian that he had worked on a letter to “circulate to support proactive measures that we can take to stop apartheid and to hold responsible Israel”.

Mamdani continued: “My predecessor was someone who walked a lot to support and presented himself to press conferences to support the Israeli state. And I am someone who is tirelessly in the support of the Palestinian Liberation. My constituency has not changed much between our terms. So many other New York districts where people are just waiting to receive the green light to express this solidarity.”

Mamdani said that it was “my work” to give these people he had mentioned earlier “as many opportunities as possible and to push as many other colleagues from my colleagues and people in any place to be able to do the same”.
“I really believe that we have not yet struck the ceiling on support for the struggle of the Palestinian people for justice,” said Mamdani.
Fox News Digital contacted the Mamdani campaign to comment.
Mamdani’s support in BDS has sparked criticism of Jewish groups in New York and his father, Mahmood, also expressed support for BDS while holding the advisory council of a court which regularly called for sanctions against Israel, “Fox News Digital reported.
Mamdani defended his support for the BDS on the campaign track, including in May where he said: “My support for BDS is in accordance with my heart of my policy, which is non-violence.”
