A man who entered illegally into the country during the Biden administration after being expelled three times before was sentenced, announced immigration and customs.

Santo Beato Aybar-Aybar, 49, was recently expelled on September 21, 2021, but returned without ever being “inspected, admitted or put up conditional” by the federal immigration authorities.

The Dominican national was arrested by Ice Boston and he pleaded guilty in June before a federal court.

“Santo Beato Aybar-Aybar has on several occasions a blatant contempt for American immigration laws, which led to his conviction for having illegally reintegrated the country after the deportation,” said the director of Boston Office Hyde in matters of the law and withdrawal of the ICE.

Ice Boston was very active under the Trump administration, federal leaders often going to feet with local democrats.

Boston and other cities in Massachusetts are considered to be sanctuary cities, which means that they have laws that limit the capacity of local authorities to comply with federal police on certain questions related to immigration.

On July 17, Ice Boston announced another conviction of the National Guatemalan Manuel Ruiz Luis, 52, who was expelled in April 1996 and March 2012, but he returned illegally to the country, and we do not know when.
