The Democratic Manager of Hakeem Jeffries says that he is still not ready to approve the candidacy of Zohran Mamdani to become mayor of New York.
Jeffries made the statement at a press conference on Capitol Hill on Monday, telling journalists that he still weighed on the decision. Mamdani, a self -proclaimed socialist, has become a lightning rod for the attacks of the Republicans since he obtained the appointment of the Democratic Party.
