The main democratic representative Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., Said President Donald Trump should publish Epstein’s files, but explains why former President Joe Biden did not do it over his four years in the Oval Office.
Democrats have seized the issue since the case has become a political controversy for the Trump administration. However, despite their current calls for transparency on the case, the Biden Ministry of Justice has also not published additional documents on Epstein.
Questioned by Fox News Digital if she thought that the Trump administration should publish the Epstein files, the former president of the Pelosi Chamber replied: “Absolutely”.
Fox News Digital then asked, “Why do you think Biden didn’t do it for four years?” To which Pelosi simply turned around and started to move away.

Fox News Digital pressed, “Do you know why they didn’t do it? Do you think they should have?” However, Pelosi ignored the journalist and entered a car.
Pelosi was a speaker of the Chamber, one of the most powerful posts in the country, from 2019 to 2023, two of these years occurring when Biden was in the oval office.
Other Democrats have also struggled to respond to the reason why a president of their party has not published the files because they demand the action now.
On Thursday, representative Jamie Raskin, D-MD., Was pressed by the co-host of “Morning Joe” Joe Scarborough, but he could not give an answer.
“But, a member of the Congress, you could have obtained this from ’21 to ’25, when the Democrats controlled the doj. Why – it was a crisis. It is a crisis now. Why did the Democrats not call from ’21 to ’25?” Asked Scarborough.
“So, I mean, you should go back and specifically look at the decisions of special proceedings and what was going on in terms of other cases. So I don’t know, we could try to rebuild this record,” replied Raskin.

Pramila Jayapal representative, D-Wash., Was also caught up in the CNN anchor challenged her on the reasons why she never called for transparency on Epstein while Biden was president, despite her hammering of the Trump administration on the case.
“I would have been happy to raise him then too. Frankly, we were focused on so many different pieces,” replied Jayapal.
Meanwhile, the Kansas Republican Senator Roger Marshall told Fox News Digital: “What I think is really rich is the follow -up of Epstein in 2019 and the Biden administration does nothing for four years, absolutely nothing.”
“I have heard no democrat call. And, you know, I have never heard the media inherited on television by saying one thing about it either. And suddenly, it is a blue code. Suddenly, each democrat and the inherited media want to see these relationships. I think it’s hypocritical,” he said.
Marshall continued by saying that “beyond that, there may be much more than what does not encounter your eyes”.

While noting that he has no special information, he said: “I think something else goes that can affect national security” and “I think President Trump deserves a little grace here. But I hope, in the end, everything will be released. I am absolutely for transparency.”
Representative Scott Desjarlais, R-Tenn., Said that even if the American prosecutor Pam Bondi may not need to publish all the files, “if there is information in these files that show that someone has committed a crime, that there is someone she has sex with a minor girl, they need to be prosecuted and that I would hope that she would do.”
“Pam Bondi did a show of what she had, and we need a better explanation than what we have,” said Desjarlais.
He suggested that a bipartite panel had access to the files for examination.
“Do you need to free everything? I don’t know. But all that is criminal, I think, must be exposed,” he said.

Johnson continued by saying: “I am concerned about the daycare channel” of files.
“The Democrats had control of these files. What did they add? What did they delete? I don’t know. I have no idea. I am as curious as someone else,” he said, adding: “I will trust the Ministry of Justice Trump to do what is good.”
