First on Fox: Eric Conroy, an American Air Force veteran and former CIA case officer, announced his campaign to represent the 1st district of the Ohio Congress in the American Room of Representatives THURSDAY.
Addressing Fox News Digital before his announcement, the native of Cincinnati said that southwest Ohio deserved a “common sense defender” in Washington, DC, who can help the city reach its full potential.
Conroy criticized the outgoing Democratic representative Greg Landsman as “anything but” this common sense decision -maker for the Ohioans, linking Landsman’s policy file to the progressive program of President Joe Biden.
“These are more decisions in the sense of an AOC or a Nancy Pelosi and not someone from the Southwest of Ohio,” said Conroy about the Democrat of the second mandate.

“Greg Landsman was part of this problem and part of this part which has really not resolved the daily problems that people encounter. Instead, they focus on promoting an extreme left program, which does not put money in their pockets or does not help them solve day problems, “he said.
Landsman was elected to represent the 1st district of Ohio in 2022, overthrowing the former representative of GOP Steve Chabot. The Democrat won his re -election campaign last year against the Republican Challenger Orlando Sonza, An army veteran and former Hamilton county prosecutor.
Conroy said that he would bring a multiple facets approach to represent Cincinnati in Washington, DC, taking into account his experience by growing locally, nationwide in the American Air Force and abroad to the CIA operations department, by carrying out intelligence missions worldwide.
