“No one else should ever suffer as my daughter Kayla,” Kayla’s mother, Fox News Digital, told Tammy Nobles. “Biden-Harris administration policies have prioritized the comfort of illegal foreigners, such as the murderer of Kayla, on the security of innocent Americans.”

“The Kayla Hamilton law is necessary to ensure that the checks of the history of unaccompanied extraterrestrial children occur before being released. If this had occurred in the case of the murderer of Kayla, the authorities would have known that he was a member of the Gang MS-13.”

Currently, the laws surrounding the UACs that enter the United States illegally unexpectedly or legal tutor to provide care, require that illegal minors be sent to the Reinstallation Office of Refugees (Orr) under the HHS rather than being immediately expelled.

The bill of the representative Fry would create more strict restrictions on how HHS should assess illegal migrants who are minors by demanding that HHS contact the consulate or embassy of a country of origin of a UAC to determine the criminal history or the affiliation of gangs, mandate Projection for gang tattoosAnd ensure that UACs with known gang tattoos or tattoos must be housed in secure HHS installations, not released in communities.

“The Kayla Hamilton law is an essential step in restoring responsibility and the protection of American communities,” Fry News Digital told Fox News. “The tragic murder of Kayla Hamilton has been entirely avoidable – a failure of the Biden -Harris administration to apply the basic verification protocols.”
