And during the approval event on Mamdani on Monday confirmed his meeting with Jeffries later this week. Jeffries told Fox News Digital that he would meet Mamdani at home in Brooklyn at the end of the week.
The head of the House minority has not yet approved Mamdani since he obtained democratic appointment.

“I look forward to this meeting with the member of the Jeffries congress,” said Mamdani on Monday before adding: “I can’t wait to be a partner of the Jeffries Congress member by winning the room and continuing to fight against the Donald Trump agenda, and to deliver, at the same time, for the New Yorkaies through the five districts.”
