Charlotte Flair rejected what she thought was a double standard in the professional struggle industry with regard to her age and any notion that she is at the back of her career.
She underlined several of her male colleagues, including Cody Rhodes, Roman Reigns, CM Punk and John Cena in a column for The players’ platform.
She wrote that the next step for competitors “is not the same amount of television segments, or the main events, or titles or money or opportunities as men. The next big step is the same amount of years as men.”

Rodriguez, who will be part of the lively premium live event, Evolution, on Sunday, told Fox News Digital in a recent interview that she agreed with the evaluation of Flair and praised the legendary professional wrestler for her vulnerability and bravery for putting his heart on the line.
“I agree with her,” said Rodriguez. “I agree that there is a little double standard there. I have the impression that, because we are women, we are told, at a certain age ”, you have to stop. At a certain age, you should think of other things, have children, you get married, anything. At a certain age, you should no longer be pushed in the main story. You spent your time.
“I see something that does not go because there are men on the other side who age gracefully, and age like good wine and women too. But they are used a little more and put in these situations where women must continue to try to compete and be constantly placed in this pressure and acceleration pressure stove, and it’s difficult.”

Rodriguez explained that with aging, aging is longer to rest and recover, and the potential to occur as a gymnast in the ring decreases.
“It is difficult because, you know, with age also needs rest and recovery. And we cannot do so many things like these beautiful gymnasts that are in NXT who turn into and outside the ring,” she said.
“Older women, they will not be able to complete these kinds of farms, but there are other ways that our superstars can continue to perform and support WWE Company, and I see it for all our women.
“They are so talented, and it took so much time and so much hard work to build their start.
Rodriguez will be part of the evolution this time. She was still at WWE Performance Center for the first completely female live event in 2016.
