On Friday, a former White House advisor is expected to appear before investigators from the Chamber’s supervisory committee while GOP legislators do not hear if the former president of Joe Biden aroused evidence of his mental and physical decline.

Ashley Williams, who was assistant director of Oval Office operations during the Biden administration, is expected to sit with investigators behind closed doors for a transcribed interview around 11 a.m. Friday.

If it appears, Williams will be the third member of the inner circle of the White House of the former president summoned in the Commer investigation in recent weeks.

In addition to knowing if senior aids have covered the alleged decline of Biden, Comer examines if presidential orders have been signed via Autopen without the former commander -in -chief.

Until now, all the allegations of reprehensible acts have been refused by the allies of the former president.

But republican investigators stressed that Biden’s disastrous debate in June 2024 and subsequent revelations in the media were more worrying in the Biden’s inner circle about his ability to his functions than before.

Williams was one of the three assistants of the time called before the supervisory committee of the Maison de Comer in July 2024 to discuss the mental state of the former president, but the White House at the time described it as “baseless political blow” to NBC News.

Friday, his expected appearance occurs two days after the former doctor of the Blanche du Biden, Dr. Kevin O’Connor, briefly maintained with investigators on Wednesday.

The meeting of O’Connor with the Committee lasted about 30 minutes, the doctor invoking the fifth amendment for all questions except his name.

“It is clear that there was a conspiracy to hide President Biden’s cognitive decline after Dr. Kevin O’Connor, the doctor and Biden family affairs partner, refused to answer any questions and chose to hide behind the fifth amendment,” said Commer in a statement after the appearance of O’Connor.

“Dr. O’Connor took the fifth when he was asked if he had been told to lie about the health of President Biden and if he was able to be president of the United States. The congress must assess legislative solutions to prevent such concealment from reproducing. We will continue to interview more aid at the Blanche de Biden to obtain the answers that the Americans deserve.”

O’Connor lawyers said he had concerned that room investigators would violate the doctor-patient privilege.

“This committee told Dr O’Connor and his lawyers that he does not intend to honor one of the best known privileges of our law – the privilege of the patient’s patient. Instead, the Committee said that he demanded that Dr O’Connor reveals, without any limitation, said the confidential declaration concerning his medical examinations, the treatment and care of the Prosecutor.”

“The revelation of the confidential information of the patients would violate the most fundamental ethical duty of a doctor could lead to the revocation of the medical license of Dr O’Connor and would submit Dr. O’Connor to a potential civil liability. Dr. O’Connor will not violate his oath of confidentiality to one of his patients, including President Biden.”
