Trump rents border security financing but says less necessary expenses now

President Donald Trump Has praised the billions of dollars of border security and immigration efforts included in the so-called “big and beautiful bill” that he signed last week-although he suggested on Tuesday that the administration might not need to spend as much for application efforts there as previously thought.

Addressing journalists at the White House on Tuesday afternoon, Trump praised the billions of dollars approved in the expense package led by the Republicans, including billions of funding to turbocier the repression of the hard line that his administration prioritized during his second mandate in the White House.

“The whole world has been thrown into our country prisons, gangs, psychiatric institutions,” said Trump. It was not immediately clear to which country or asylum that Trump was referring to, and he did not develop more.

Trump’s remarks came on Tuesday on Tuesday when he welcomed chiefs of cabinet to the White House for the first time since April.
