The CEO of SpaceX and Tesla, Elon Musk, paused on the “Big and Beautiful Bill” of President Donald Trump, and praised for the president after an announcement that Israel had accepted a 60-day cease-fire with Gaza.
Musk was very critical of Trump’s tax and domestic policy package that the Senate adopted on Tuesday – a few hours after Trump should “take a look” to deport Musk, who is an American citizen but was born in South Africa.
However, despite the public attacks after the departure of Musk from the Directorate of the Ministry of Effectiveness of the Government of the Trump Administration (DOGE) in May, Musk has always offered a seal of approval for Trump management of world conflicts.
“Credit where the credit is due. @Realdonaldtrump has managed to resolve several serious conflicts around the world,” Musk said in a Wednesday morning post.

Musk also shared a screenshot from Trump’s post on Truth Social announcing Tuesday that his team members had a “long productive meeting with the Israelis today in Gaza” and that Israel had accepted 60-day ceasefire conditions.
Tensions between Musk and Trump first boiled in May due to differences related to Trump’s tax and massive expenses in the midst of reports that the measure would increase the federal deficit. However, Musk historically distorted between attacking Trump, then following attempts to smooth things with the president.
Just after Doge de Musk’s Doge, they exchanged beards on the “big and beautiful bill”, which encouraged Musk to say that Trump would not have won the 2024 elections without his support. In turn, Trump accused Musk of becoming “crazy” on the cuts of the credits of the electric vehicle, and said that Musk had “worn”.
A few days later, Musk shared a social post of Trump’s truth concerning the demonstrations of immigration raids in Los Angeles, and republished one of the articles by Vice-President JD Vance on X on riots.
“This moment calls for decisive leadership,” said Vance, sharing a screenshot of a Trump article on how his administration would approach the riots. “The president will not tolerate riots and violence.”
Republican legislators remain firmly against the assault of Musk “ Kill the Bill ” on Trump’s agenda

The tensions between Musk and Trump seemed to dissolve for a large part of June, but resurfaced while the “big and beautiful bill” was close to the passage.
Musk has threatened in recent days to support Challengers with Republicans who have voted for the Trump tax and expenses, and went so far as to call a new political party.
“It is obvious with the crazy expenses of this bill, which increases the debt ceiling by a record of five dollars, which we live in a single party country – Porky Pig Party !! It is time for a new political party that really cares about the people,” Musk posted on X on Monday.
Meanwhile, Trump continued to reject Musk’s criticism of the measure, saying that Musk is not satisfied because he eliminates a tax credit on electric vehicles that benefits companies like Tesla.
“ It is not an important factor ”: the allies of the Senate of Trump reject the calls of Elon Musk to “ kill the bill ”

“Elon Musk knew, long before he told me so strongly for the president, that I was firmly against the EV mandate,” said Trump in an article on Truth Social early on Tuesday. “It is ridiculous and has always been an important part of my campaign. Electric cars are good, but not everyone should have one. Elon could get more subsidies than any human being in history, by far, and without subsidies, Elon should probably close his shop and return home to South Africa.”

Later in the morning, Trump told journalists that he “would take a look” to expel musk and that he might have downed the government’s subsidies that Tesla receives.
“We may have to put Doge on Elon,” Trump told journalists in the White House on Tuesday. “You know what Doge is? The monster that might have to go back and eat Elon. It wouldn’t be terrible? He gets a lot of subsidies.”
“If trying to degenerate this,” Musk said in response to Trump’s comment on X Tuesday. “So, so tempting. But I will abstain for the moment.”
