The Republicans of the Senate rallied to return the “big and beautiful bill” of President Donald Trump to the House, by winning a major victory in their record march to have the legislation signed.

Almost all the Republicans of the upper room have merged to advance the megabill of 3.3 billions of Trump dollars, with the exception of meaning. Thom Tillis, RN.C., Rand Paul, R-Ky and Susan Collins, R-Maine. No Democrat in the Senate crossed the aisle to support the bill.

The revolutionary vote of Vice -President JD Vance was necessary to pass the bill through the finish line – unlike Saturday, when the Ohio Republican went on Capitol Hill in anticipation of a tight vote to continue the debate on the bill.

This occurs after the Republican leaders tried to win the votes of Collins and the Senator Lisa Murkowski, R-Alaska, with sweeteners in the final and modified version of the bill.

The bill is now going to the house, where the tax -of -the -house tax false people are frustrated by what they say to be superficial spending cuts, and the moderates are concerned with the MEDICAIDS cuts. All warned that they may not support the bill.

However, Republican leaders clearly indicated that they intended to have the Trump office bill by Friday.

Many Republicans of the Chamber, including President Mike Johnson, R-La., Called on the Senate to change as little as possible. A product that could pass the room was in mind for some Republicans of the Senate while the day was dragging.

“We are talking to the House,” said senator Markwayne Mullin, R-Okla. “We know that they are going to have problems there, just as we have had problems when it has also come here. But we think we are going to adopt a bill they can adopt.”

House Ways and Means Chair Jason Smith, the tax editor -in -chief of the Chamber, said that he was “optimistic” on the bill on his way to the Senate on Tuesday morning.

“We are going to the point that we get more balance, and what I said throughout is to have a balance in the bill,” said the Missouri republican. “We are going to do this, we will send it to the president before July 4.”

The Republicans pushed the room from the end of June to the beginning of July after a marathon weekend which saw a high drama take place on the Senate soil, the chief of the minority of the Senate Chuck Schumer, Dn.y., the mainly unilated hours of debate hours

The vague from Monday to Tuesday, like the Slog of the weekend before, was not without its own dramatic.

The Democrats of the Senate have repeatedly attempted to put aside the legislation during the “vote -a -rama”, while the Republicans sought to relaunch certain measures which have been abandoned – such as provisions which would have put illegal immigrants of Medicaid – or amendments to sit down the main Republican Holdouts.

And before the bill was put on the ground for a final vote, last minute agreements were concluded and modifications made in an “enveloping” amendment to attract conservations.

The doubling of the rural hospital fund at 50 billion dollars, which was pushed by Collins, and a decline in the start date of the work requirements of the Nutrition Aid Program (SNAP) for states with higher error rates, such as Alaska.

Trump’s “Big and Beautiful Bill” is filled with its legislative priorities for the Republicans and the Republicans of the Congress, including billions for the Pentagon and to strengthen the agenda and immigration of the White House, the permanent extension of its law on tax reductions and 2017 jobs, the reductions in deep expenditure and an effort to reform MEDICAID.

The Senate Republicans presented the bill as a means of turning the economy and as a means of preventing Trump’s tax reductions from expiration. They used it simultaneously as a vehicle to obtain deep expenditure cuts in the $ 1.5 billion district.

But the Democrats of the Senate paid against the package for the millions he could disconcert from Medicaid and the thousands of billions he could add to the federal deficit.

The Office of the Budget of the Non -Sample Congress (CBO) published two sets of scores on Saturday and Sunday which reflected both current policy and the current law. Under current policy, the bill would classify just over $ 507 billion over the next decade. But under the current law, the package would add about 3.3 billions of dollars.

The head of the majority of the Senate, John Thune, Rs.d., replied that as regards spending, the Democrats of the Senate were hypocrites.

“I have been here for a long time,” said Thune. “And I was not involved in a single debate on spending and the fight in which the Republicans tried to spend less, and the Democrats tried to spend more, with an exception.

“And it’s national security,” he continued. “Democrats are always ready to cut defense but never want to cut elsewhere.”

But Schumer accused Trump of “lying” on the bill, in particular on the nature of the reductions proposed in Medicaid and the economic growth potential linked to the tax package.

And in a last act of challenge, before the final adoption of the bill, Schumer had the official title of the legislation “the only great, a good law on the bill”.

“The American people will not forget what the Republicans do in this room today,” said Schumer.
